Planning: After we have determined the requirements of the position, as well as the culture and personalities of the individuals the candidate will interface with at the company, we will design a plan for each search assignment.
The Candidate: We identify qualified candidates through an in house search of our own proprietary database of professionals, and use social media to continually expand our network of qualified candidates. Our expertise lies in uncovering talent, who while not actively looking, are open to examining new opportunities that will address their professional goals and aspirations. We will present your opportunity to potential candidates in an interest generating manner. By allowing them to envision a new and better future, we help candidates consider a new opportunity when they have not been thinking of making a change.
Once the candidate is identified, we will examine the qualifications of the candidate against the requirements, and assess a personality fit for your company culture.
Presenting the Candidate: You will receive only a few qualified candidates for each position. Your email will not be inundated with worthless resumes. When an interest is expressed in a candidate, the process will begin.
The Offer: We will facilitate communication on salary terms and benefits to conclude the process with mutually agreeable terms.
